Shipping policy

We endeavour to ship your parcel on the same day we receive your order. Exceptions to this may happen if your order is finished too late for Courier collection, in which case it will leave early the following workday.

To main cities the shipping is usually 24-48 hours and to smaller outlying areas the shipping is usually 48-96 hours.

Please keep your phone on, incase the courier needs to contact you for delivery.

Eirene Health Shop cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping details supplied by the client.

Eirene Health Shop cannot be held responsible for delays/returned parcels if the client is not available or not at the delivery address.

Eirene Health Shop cannot be held responsible for the loss of any parcel after the parcel has been signed for by anyone on at the delivery address.
