Bio-Strath is a nutritional supplement that:

Dosage
Adults (12+ years): 1 teaspoon (5 ml) 3 times daily
Children (6-12 years): ½ teaspoon (2.5 ml) 3 times daily
- For maintenance it is recommended to take dosage at least once a day, but to take it consistently every day.
